The following documents are now available.

The document LivMSRules2023 contains proposed changes to the Society's rules, mainly to bring it into line with current practice. The only change of substance is in Rule 13, where it is proposed that the word "audit" should be replaced by "independent scrutiny". Our accounts have never been audited by a qualified auditor, but we should require them to be independently scrutinised. The change in the Rules needs the approval of the AGM.
